The Stallones are heading to the Hamptons!

Sylvester Stallone is under contract to buy his three daughters — Sophia, 28, Sistine, 26, and Scarlet, 22 — a $24.95 million mansion in East Hampton. The Post reported Thursday.

The “Rocky” star reportedly offered all cash for the eight-bedroom residence, which boasts nearly 12,000 square feet of living space and sits on more than an acre of land.

Although the contract is close to completion, the sale has not yet closed, meaning it is unclear whether Stallone has reached an agreement for the new build.

Sly, who currently lives According to the report, the owner of a $35 million mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, made an offer on the property after two video tours. However, he has never seen it in person.

The mansion was developed by award-winning interior designer James Michael Howard and “influenced by classical architecture” and its southern style.

“Every detail, from the furniture to the carpets, drapes and lighting, with antiques from around the world, has been meticulously chosen for this spectacular mansion,” which comes fully furnished, according to its listing.

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by a double-height foyer and dramatic staircase. The exquisite flooring was done by craftsmen brought in from the South, according to The Post.

The sun-drenched living space opens to a “great room adorned with the meticulous touch of a world-renowned decorator,” the listing states.

Custom arches add a touch of elegance and architectural style, combining modern and vintage styles.

Howard added pops of jewel tones in almost every room, while still maintaining that cool, coastal Hamptons vibe.

The chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances with brass hardware and marble countertops, with a blue breakfast nook near the windows.

The eight bedrooms are spread over three levels of the house and are easily accessible by elevator.

The spacious lower level features a full recreational space with a pool table, a home theater room, and plenty of room for guests.

Other selling points include several wood-burning fireplaces, a heated foyer, a detached two-car garage, and antiques dating back to the 18th century.

The exterior of the mansion is painted white with perfectly manicured hedges bordering the property.

Being in the Hamptons, the outdoor space was a major selling point, with a large heated gunite pool, a separate pool house, a covered entertaining space, an outdoor shower, and a spacious garden.

Before the house was due to be sold, it was renting for a whopping $1.4 million during the summer season.

Sylvester’s two oldest daughters, whom he shares with wife Jennifer Flavin, recently moved from the West Coast to New York City, which was featured in the second season of his Paramount+ reality series, “The Family Stallone.”

Meanwhile, her youngest daughter is attending college at the University of Miami.

The Expendables star is also father to sons Sage and Seargeoh, 45, with ex-wife Sasha Czack. Sage died of a heart attack in 2012 at age 36.
