This weekend will see a battle between the North and the South as the Houston Texans head to US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis to play the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday afternoon. Both teams are undefeated so far on the season heading into Week 3, with the Texans leading the AFC South and the Vikings atop the NFC North. While Texans running back Joe Mixon remains an unknown for Sunday’s game, second-year quarterback CJ Stroud will start for the team while quarterback Sam Darnold will play for the Vikings.
