Fallout’s Ella Purnell turns serial killer, thriller series premiere date revealed

Ella Purnell becomes a peculiar serial killer in the first trailer for sweet peaPurnell has appeared on shows such as Yellow wasps (2021-) and Army of the Dead (2021), whose last appearance was in the hit Prime Video series, Radioactive dust (2024-). Now, she is ready to headline the sweet peaa darkly comedic tale about Rhiannon Lewis (Purnell), a forgotten girl trying to get away with murder. The show is from creator Kirstie Swain and is based on the 2017 book of the same name by CJ Skuse.

Starz now shares the first trailer for sweet peawhich hints at the show’s darkly comedic yet violent tone. The footage reveals Rhiannon struggling professionally and romantically, ignored and unappreciated by those around her. Rhiannon seemingly decides to start killing those who have hurt her, setting her sights on Anni (Jessye Romeo), a real estate agent, while Marina (Leah Harvey), a police officer, begins to close in.
