(CNN) – Elon Musk, who recently expressed support for former President Trump, posted a fake image of what appears to be Vice President Harris dressed in a red communist uniform.
“Kamala swears to be a communist dictator from day one. Can you believe she wears that outfit?” Musk posted on Xthe social media platform he owns, in response to the Vice President's post in which he warned that Trump would be a “dictator on day one.”
According to the politics xUsers “may not share synthetic, manipulated, or out-of-context media that is likely to mislead or confuse people and cause harm ('deceptive media'). Additionally, we may label posts that contain deceptive media to help people understand their authenticity and provide additional context.”
Musk's post bears no such tag.
Last month, Trump posted an AI-generated image of Harris showing the Democratic candidate speaking in front of a communist symbol at the Democratic National Convention.
