How to watch the Mets-Phillies game with the Jets-Patriots game on Fox

It will be a night of old-fashioned television for the Mets on Thursday.

The Mets will begin their huge four-game series against the Phillies, their final home games of the season, on Channel 9 (WOR).

The game is a national Fox exclusive, but with the Jets playing the Patriots on Amazon’s “Thursday Night Football,” those two local NFL markets will get the games on free television, with the New York area receiving them on Fox 5.

As a result, the Mets-Phillies game has been moved to My9, Fox 5’s sister station.

Each game of the four-game set will air on a different channel.

Friday night’s Mets-Phillies game is exclusive to Apple TV+, while Saturday’s 4:10 p.m. game will air on SNY.

The teams will finish the series by playing on ESPN’s “Sunday Night Baseball.”

After that blistering run, Mets fans will have some familiarity with the team’s final six games, featuring massive road series against the Braves and Brewers as they try to secure their spot in the 2024 MLB playoffs.

SNY will broadcast five of the six games, while next Saturday’s game in Milwaukee will air on PIX11.

As for Thursday’s game, Mets star Francisco Lindor remains sidelined with a back issue, while prospect Luis Angel Acuña will get another start at shortstop.

Luis Severino will take the mound against former Met Taijuan Walker.
