Sarah Michelle Gellar shares a rare video of her daughter Charlotte
Sarah Michelle Gellar shared a rare video of her and Freddie Prinze Jr.'s daughter, Charlotte, on her 15th birthday on Thursday.
The star of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” took to Instagram to share a clip of the teenager doing a backflip/somersault combination on a gymnastics mat in his backyard.
After Charlotte successfully completed the routine, she jumped for joy and clapped her hands.
“We're all jumping and doing cartwheels Charlotte because it's your 15th birthday! I don't know how it's possible but I love you more every year,” Gellar, 47, wrote in the caption of the post.
She later posted a video on Instagram Story showing a glimpse of the birthday girl's celebrations, which included rose gold “15” balloons and 15 bottles of her “favorite” Philosophy shower gels.
Several famous friends of Gellar and Prinze took to the comments section to wish Charlotte a happy birthday.
“Oh my gosh, wow! And happy birthday, Charlotte! We need to go dancing!” Amanda Kloots commented.
“Happy birthday sweet Charlotte!” wrote Clare Grant, who is married to Seth Green.
“You are loved, Char!” added “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Crystal Kung Minkoff.
Charlotte was last photographed when her mother took her to the premiere of “Do Revenge” in September 2022.
Gellar and Prinze, 48, also share a son, Rocky, 12, whose birthday is just one day (and three years) after his sister's.
September is a busy month for the “Scooby-Doo” co-stars, who celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary on the 1st.
“22 @realfreddieprinze,” the Foodstirs co-founder wrote alongside a sweet snap of herself and the “Freddie” star hugging each other while on vacation together.
The couple met on the set of the 1997 slasher film I Know What You Did Last Summer, but did not begin dating until 2000.
“We were friends for a long time. We had had many dinners before. We were supposed to go with another person, but the third person couldn’t come, so we decided to go anyway,” Prinze said. He told the people in 2020.
She added: “It was just two people having dinner and catching up. We had a long drive and a long dinner, and things just happened.”
