30 years of changing lives

MOSTe’s 2016 graduating seniors.

At our 2016 Lanterns Luncheon, MOSTe celebrated 30 years of making a life-changing difference — by helping girls attend and succeed at four-year colleges.

Jessica Mendoza spoke about succeeding despite self doubt …. and the importance of being yourself.

Amy Wakeland thanks MOSTe for creating a “pipeline to leadership” for young women.

Amy Wakeland and Jessica Mendoza spoke passionately of overcoming challenges much like those facing our girls. They shared hard-won advice about how to defy obstacles and exceed expectations.

Our middle schoolers got a vision of their future selves, hearing  the impressive college choices of the graduating class of 2016, and seeing our PostMOSTe scholars return to share their success.

And all of us paid tribute to our MOSTe founder, Dr. Lois Frankel, who set this grand chain of accomplishment in motion years ago.

We send our heartfelt thanks to all of our donors, volunteers, and attendees for such a joyous and satisfying event!
